Time

Arrive 6:00 pm
Meeting 6:10 pm

Where

Bring the kids

Students can enjoy a movie night with pizza while adults meet. The movie starts at 6:00 pm, so you have time to settle your kids in before the meeting begins at 6:10. This is not a drop-off event: a parent or guardian must stay in the building and attend the meeting for the whole time.

What we will vote on

  • Approve the 2026–27 budget

  • Adopt the 2026–27 standing rules

  • Approve the membership subsidy policy

  • Approve minutes of the last general meeting

Who can vote

All Alcott families are welcome. Every paid PTSA member can make motions, take part in the discussion, and vote. Not a member yet? Join before the meeting. Membership is $25 for one person, $35 for two adults in one household, and $15 for Alcott staff. Help with the cost is available. Just ask.

Meeting documents for members

Members receive the full proposed budget and the draft minutes of our last general and board meetings by email, 5 to 10 days before each general meeting. This is required by our Standing Rule 16.

Did not get the email? Check your spam folder, then write to secretary@alcottptsa.org and we will send it again.
