About the PTSA
Meet the Board
The Alcott PTSA is run by parents, teachers, and staff who volunteer their time so every student at Louisa May Alcott has the programs, events, and support to thrive. Here are the people leading the way this year (2026-2027).
How it works
Who runs the PTSA?
Our board is a team of volunteers elected by our members each spring. They serve a one-year term, from July through June. Every board member is a current PTSA member and an approved school-district volunteer. You don't need any special experience to serve — just a willingness to help. There's a role for everyone, and new families are always welcome.
